Return Policy


No returns accepted unless faulty or damaged. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have received a faulty or damaged product.


In the event of items damaged in transit, please contact us and retain all packaging and items. You may be required to bring them into your local post office for damage assessment. A refund will not be provided until this has been done.

If we have agreed to refund your order at your request, you will be charged the applicable merchant fees to cancel your order.

To start a return, you can contact us on 0455 251 870 during business hours or message us on Facebook. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
